[G8b_run] Recooking of g8 data

thanks for your mail! 
In between some trips I have been checking the tagger calibrations - and redone several runs - after fixing a problem with part id. (since Brian has 3 particles detected, it shouldn't have concerned him that much).
on Aug.17-18 I (re)cooked a large fraction but when I scanned through the files last week, I figured out that BOS and ROOT files were not written to tape (in the past the farm logfiles contained 'FATAL ERROR' messages when trying to overwrite the stub file (i.e. saving files with the same directory+name on tape). I grepped for these errors shortly after the runs were done and assumed the new files were written correctly to tape. However, the files on volatile and work disks were correctly updated/replaced.
Where it stands right now: running jremove over thousands of files, doing minor TOF adjustments and some more tagger calibrations, then (re)cooking most of the files (except those where I need more time for the tagger).
I removed tagger raw data (TAGE, TGTL, TGTR) and intermediate banks from the BOS output, added a skim for Kaons and Mike Dugger's gpid ntuple maker.

Over the weekend I want to start the (re)cook if there is no objection!
