[G8b_run] bank list in pass1 version3

I noted that the BOS banks had more output banks than intended!
Here is the list of output banks for cooking pass1 version3. Please make 
your suggestions if you want this changed!

(a) BOS/cooked_04nnnn.Amm.B0x

general banks:
HEAD
TGBI (trigger register)
RFT  (RF tdcs)
CL01 (event start time (RFtime))
EPIC
TESC (E-counter scalers)
GP_X,GP_Y (downstream gamma profiler - can be skipped)

detector raw data:
EC ,ECT ,EC1 ,SC ,SCT , STN0,STN1, TAGE,TGTL,TGTR

detector result banks:
STRE(0,1) (start counter result bank with eloss info for hit-,time-based 
level)
SCRC (TOF result bank with neighbouring paddle hits averaged to clusters)
ECHB (EC result bank)
TAGR (tagger result bank)

tracking/vertex banks:
DHCL (DC hit cluster ... in case you want to use segments in region 1 or
RGLK (position+direction for region 1 fit (not activated right now!)
HBER,HDPL (track params+covariance and detector plane intersections for 
hit-based tracks)
TBER,TDPL (track params+covariance and detector plane intersections for 
time-based tracks)
VERT (2-track vertices=distance of closest approach)
MVRT (multi-track vertex using covariance matrices)

SEB banks (closed set: contains all reconstruction info except 
covariance matrix+vertex fit)
HEVT,EVNT,DCPB,TRPB,ECPB,LCPB,SCPB,STPB,TGPB,TRPB (TRPB can be skipped: 
has DC-layer 1 info)

PID banks (use result banks!):
PART
HBID (beta info+pointers for hit-based tracks)
TBID (beta info+pointers for time-based tracks)
GPID
(note: TBID rows are parallel to PART and GPID rows)

(b) ROOT/DST_04nnnn.Amm.B0x.root
