[G8b_run] Newly cooked data

sorry for writing more mails in this concern:
I cached some anahist files from run 48483.
the STR plots in anahist/tag/ directory show -0.7nsec offset, but not 
the ST plots in seb/ directory (?? some old big in tag/ directory, where 
ST histograms were not corrected for vertex offsets?)

Anyway, I will study this!
