Yes, it seems pretty likely, looking at the two pictures, that the additional cuts (said to be ngrf, tagrid, angle, momentum, vertex, and confidence level) have removed a large fraction of good events.

It looks like, after your cuts, you are left with about 19% of the original events. How does that compare with the previously cooked data?
