[G8b_run] recooking status

Hi,
almost all data starting from run 48088 are recooked. You can see the 
list on the g8 wiki
https://clasweb.jlab.org/rungroups/g8/wiki/index.php/Recooking_%28Sept.2013%29
and then access the csql monitoring page or run information using the 
links. I can also add run-by-run histograms to the monitoring page 
(anamon) if there is a request for it. And I wanted to write a few 
remarks to new information in TRIP files and put some plots on 'Tagger 
timing problems' on the web ... that's for later.

Please check the files! I ran some test scripts but did not let them 
loop through all events (for all ROOT DSTs and PAW ntuples I checked 
that the numbers of events were not much smaller than the average - 
otherwise I reran the corresponding DSTmaker or NTmaker).

Runs that are missing in the data sets are listed at the bottom of the 
run information tables:
* runs 48539-48543, 48606 don't have TGTL,TGTR in the coh.peak range 
(T41-T44),
* some runs that need another iteration of TDC correction 
(48470-48476,48481 (1.5GeV set), 48606 (1.7GeV set),
* the tapes for a few runs in /home/clasg8/run_summary/g8b_allruns.dat 
were missing (I updated the file: negative run_number means special run 
(e.g. TAC, polarimeter test) or missing (see 2nd last column).

What's on my plate for the last 2 weeks (and next 2 weeks)?
Recalibrate the tagger for swap_1.7GeV set (47948-48083) and the 7 runs 
that need another iteration.
