[G8b_run] g8b Cooking

Volker,

I apologize that the re-cooking has been delayed for weeks (months). I 
really hoped that I could focus more on g8b than g9 & g14 but ...

After fixing the 2/3 nsec timing offset in PART,GPID (correction for 
target center), I ran 2-3 files per run to check calibrations, in 
particular TAG,TOF,EC (which had a common offset).

Mid of August I wanted to start with the "big cooking" but didn't have a 
solution for Mike's paw ntuple maker and had too many banks (I removed 
some raw banks (TAGE,TGTL,TGTR), all intermediate and scaler banks and 
added DHCL,RGLK for DC hist cluster and region 1 fit info ... can help 
to identify track segments where the DC had larger holes).

I think everything is working now and Mike checked the newest CentOS6 
output for paw ntuples (previously his code worked only on Redhat5, 
which meant I had to save BOS files on volatile and run a script on 
ifarm1101 after the farm job was done) ...

The later 1.7GeV data are almost done (48528-48644), over the weekend 
I'll do the 1.3GeV data (48208-48329) and start with the later 1.5GeV 
runs (48413-48509). Please note that I skipped a few runs where I need 
more time to get the tagger offsets right.
Most autoswap runs and 2.1 GeV runs need additional tweaking of tagger 
offsets (for autoswap I will skip bad trip intervals including swapping 
time).

Note to Mike: please wait with copying PAW/NTgpid files. I have not 
checked the consistency of the files from last night.
