[G8b_run] NSTAR2017 contribution

The deadline for the contributions to NSTAR2017 has been extended until July 19th. If you have not submitted your contribution you still have a chance to do that. I also see that some of you who submitted abstracts had not notified CLAS Speakers Committee. Please do.
