[Gdh_lowq2] EG4 meeting day and time

Dear Collaborator,

 	Some of our collaborators have new time constraints with the start 
of the first semester. I would like to know when would be a good time to 
hold the EG4 meeting. The meeting has to be held in the morning. A 
possible candidate is every Thursdays at 9pm. Please let me know if this 
works for you and what are your constraints.
