[Gdh_lowq2] EG4 meeting

Dear Collaborators,

My sincere apologies to those who attempted to join the EG4 meeting this
morning and were unable to.  Last night's storm knocked out the power to
much of our region and flooded the remaining areas, including my basement.
 This was a particularly unfortunate time to miss a meeting, as the progress
reported in recent weeks has been very promising.  I look forward to hearing
twice as much progress as usual next week :)
