[Gdh_lowq2] Plots for PbPt

Dear All:

I posted the plots for inclusive (elastic) PbPt analysis that I reported 
today:

Results using only carbon target are plotted in tables with the PALE GREEN 
background.

At 1.1 GeV the nuclear background become significant at lower Q2 bins, so 
for this energy only higher Q2 results should be taken seriously.
