[Gdh_lowq2] compiling issue for spp_int_e*

Dear All:

It has been about a year since the last time I compiled code spp_int_e1 or 
spp_int_eg4. These are codes that I checked out from CVS and added my own 
stuff for the EG4 analysis.

I am trying to pick up this work now but having problem with compiling: 
With the latest CVS version, I have errors such as:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lrecutl

similar for:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lc_cern

If I remove these two libraries then I get:

maid_lee.F:(.text+0x3de): undefined reference to `revinm_'
maid_lee.F:(.text+0x4d9): undefined reference to `revinm_'

The directory I am working under is 
/u/home/xiaochao/public_html/work/eg4/CLAS/packages/aao/spp_int_eg4

Does anyone here have experience compiling these two sets of code on the 
new ifarm?
