[Gdh_lowq2] question about electron mass in the cooked file

Dear All:
I am trying to redo some of my exclusive channel analysis. But I noticed that the electron mass in the hbook file is not correct. I am looking at for example
/work/clas/infn1/eg4/ntuple/pass1/3GeV/ntp_50801_pass1.a00.hbook
Instead of the square of 0.5MeV, the m(1) in the event is now negative, giving false results for kinematic evaluation.
I am just wondering if anyone else noticed the same problem? The weird thing is I did not change my code and the hbook file is dated 2009, but I definitely did not have this problem in 2011 the last time I analyzed the data.
Does the negative value always indicate it is an electron? Should I assign the value by hand?
Any insight about what's going on here will be appreciated. Thanks,
Xiaochao
