Dear All:

I have posted the revised version of the paper at:

I have addressed all comments from the ad-hoc committee (thanks to Marco R. on the discussion of the CC, lines 251-259; and Alexandre for the Delta asymmetry, lines 425-429.) I also revised/rearranged the target section following suggestions from Chris K (lines 282 through 352, thanks here as well!).

Please let me know if there is anything to add. I will give it a final read tomorrow and send it back to Jerry by end of Thursday. You can still send in more comments during the collaboration-wide review, of course.
