[Gdh_lowq2] Scheduling EG4

This means, this semester we cannot find a time where we can have everybody together. That leaves us with a second but probably less desirable option of having two meeting times - one each for alternate weeks so that everyone can have a say every two weeks and those who can will join every week.

8:30am EST. This was brought up as a possible option since times within 9am-5pm EST did not work for everyone.

Hi All,
Happy new year to everyone!
Do you mean 8:30 AM EST? I am at CST time zone, which mean that will be my 7:30 AM, unless you mean 8:30 CST?
If not, would you push it to 9 AM EST, 8 AM CST?
For me, I can make it either on Monday or Friday.
Thank you,
Lamiaa

What days of the week would everyone be available to start at 8:30am?
Take care,
Ellie

I was also thinking of suggesting the early morning option, if nobody objects to that.

Hello Helena,
For Monday or Wednesday, I would be able to join in general every other weeks. But it is a also an inconvenient time for Hyekoo and Marco. Could we add the possibilities of meeting between 8am and 9am to the doodle or 8:30 to 9:30? They are not popular times but since nothing else work, maybe they are the only solutions.
Best wishes for 2016,
Alexandre
