Dear all,

please see below. The DPPWG would like to see an update on
ongoing 6 GeV analyses. Who can present a few slides on EG4 at the
next DPPWG meeting ? I guess the material is already available, no
need to spend significant time on preparing new slides...

Thanks

Subject: Upcoming DPWG meeting

Dear DPWG enthusiastics, after the fantastic success of the KPP
run, we are in charge to do our best to be ready and get the
maximal physics output exploiting the great environment HallB will
provide us.

We are going to convene at the CLAS Coll. meeting in one month
from now. It would be an important occasion to review the status
of the 6 GeV analyses and the plans for the CLAS12 physics runs,
in order to promote synergies and favor progresses.

Let me therefore encourage the following in preparation to the
meeting.

Each group leader and the run-group leaders: please send me an
updated on the (relevant for DP) activities in the group or
run-group, sharing possible advices about critical points or
missing elements. Few lines will be enough but please send them
to me before 15th of March.

Each analyzer: please be ready to present a (even short) status
report at the meeting, regardless the analysis is in progress
or under review (analysis or ad-hoc). In case you can not be
present in person at the meeting, please connect form remote or
get somebody to speak at your place.

Run-group leaders: please prepare (a not longer than half-an-hour)
discussion at the meeting to share the latests on the run-group
activity and needs in preparation for the data-taking.

I hope you will consider this effort as useful. Of course, I
am at disposal to help the process.

Thank you so much, Marco.
