[Gemc_software] banks

Hi all,

please make sure to update gemc, I made some changes on the banks script.

Now "go_banks" must have the database argument (clas12_banks or user_banks).

Every file in the subdirectory "bankdefs" will be added to the bank 
definitions in the database.

In summary, "go_banks" doesn't need to be modified any more.

To add/modify a bank one needs to add/modify the file in the bankdefs 
directory.
