[Gemc_software] December Meeting

Dear all,

We will have our first GEMC meeting in December.
The agenda will be:

1. GEMC change: materials in the DB (Maurizio). 15 minutes
2. Quick 3D PDF howto (Maurizio) 5 minutes
2. One (1) slide or 2 minutes max presentation for each subsystem. 
    I'm putting a name near for each status report. This is meant to be a minimal amount of work for you, just show maybe one pic with the geometry, and how the process routine works.

The date of the meeting is to be chosen among Dec 6,7,13,14 (I'll send a form so you can express your preferences). The meeting will be at 9am EST.
