[Gemc_software] materials factory

Hi all,

as a first step in migrating the materials to DB (mysql, GDML) a materials factory have been created.

The first factory is "CPP",  a copy of what we had before: the normal geant4 initialization.

These factories will also be added: "MYSQL", "CCDB" and "GDML" , selectable at command line.

>From now on if you want to add a material, please edit the file:

materials/cpp_materials.cc

as Mmaterials.cc is obsolete and deleted from the repository.

These changes will be transmitted to the CUE machines in the next few days, along with a geant4 and qt upgrade.
