[Gemc_software] header bank

Dear All,

the time is due to have an Header Bank in the output stream, which will expand the "event number" info to:

Event Type
Beam, Target Polarizations
Event Time

If you think anything else should be added at this time in here, let me (or this mailing list) know.

This change will take place on Thursday, April 26, and it should be transparent to all users.
