[Gemc_software] geant4 versions

With the new geant4 9.5 version the environment variables have been simplified. 
There is no backward compatibility with previous versions of geant4.

For those of you that want to compare geant4 versions or want to use the geant4 library but not gemc (heresy!), I prepared a ce_old directory.

Thus if you want to use the old version, change "ce" to "ce_old" in the source command:

source $JLAB_ROOT/ce/jlab.csh

becomes

source $JLAB_ROOT/ce_old/jlab.csh
