[Gemc_software] geant 4.9.5

Dear all,

On Thursday, Jan 26, the following libraries will be updated:

clhep 2.1.0.1 > 2.1.2.0
qt  4.7.3 > 4.8.0
geant4 9.4 > 9.5

geant4 and clhep now use cmake for the installation. It's still not perfect (scons would be perfect :p ) but it's a huge improvement - that come at a price:

this update is *NOT* backward compatible: you can still use the current version of G4 and gemc. But starting on Thursday, if you want to update gemc, you will have to update everything else as well.
