[Gemc_software] simulation conditions in the output stream

Hello all,

GEMC now stores the condition parameters in the output file.

This includes:
* all gcard options - including the run number, that tags geometry and parameters
* tilts, displacements of detectors specified in the gcard
* all "mother" parameters 

Both the txt and the EVIO format support this.

This will be useful for debugging purposes, to  make sure simulation and reconstruction use the same geometry, and in general as good bookkeeping of simulation run conditions.

This is transparent and automatic for everybody using the latest version of GEMC.
