<div class="">In order to develop a resource-loaded schedule for all the tasks, including </div>

<div class="">the beam time itself, to be shared with Lab Management, we kindly ask </div>

<div class="">you to respond to this email and provide your:</div>

<div class=""><b class="">Name, Institution, intended period of presence </b>at JLab between now </div>

<div class="">and until the end of May, <b class="">expertise</b> of you or your group, and your </div>

<div class=""><b class="">anticipated role</b>. Group leaders are encouraged to collect a list of their </div>

<div class="">members, expertise and roles.</div>
