[Gep5] more lead glass recovery

Attached a more systematic study of the times required for glass 
cleaning. I vary the initial transparency, with fixed final and infinity 
transparencies. Then I also vary the initial and final with same fixed 
asymptotic value. The assume recovery time constant is 2 hours. In 
reality I don't think we will get that with the new lamps. In any event 
if time constant is 4 hours, than all times are multiplied by 2.
