please forgive me for the late call.

All agree to meet tomorrow, Monday 19th, and I propose to be around 11. 
I think Software meeting ends around that hour.  Anyhow, I didn't 
reserve any room yet (tomorrow early I'll check it), so if you prefer 
other time slot, there is plenty of time to notify a change.
