[Gluex_grad_postdoc] GlueX Vote on New Institution and Management Plan

Hi all,

Another reminder to please participate in the GlueX vote, the deadline is this Friday at 5 pm JLab time. There are two things to weigh in on: Mount Allison University's application to join the GlueX membership, and changes to the GlueX Management Plan adding a Diversity and Inclusion group (proposed additions here<http://www.gluex.org/vote/docs/ManagementPlanD&IGroup.pdf>). If you see your name below, please check to ensure your vote has been properly cast. As of this morning we still had not reached the necessary quorum of members to decide these matters. If you feel unfamiliar with either thing to vote on, abstaining is strongly preferred over not participating, too.

Don't forget that you must also confirm your vote in a second step, which is sent to your primary email!
