One more thing: we should maybe think if we'd like to give a name to our collection of graduate students and postdocs. A lot of high energy and neutrino collaborations have a "young [collaboration]" or "junior [collaboration]" group. Or we can keep things more

 casual and opt not to, but I figure we should decide either way.</div>
