[Gpd_wg] Seminar P. Kroll "Meson production" TODAY (Wed), 11:00, L104/105

Peter Kroll (Wuppertal U., Germany) is visiting JLab from
Wed 09-Sep  to  Fri 11-Sep  and will give a Theory seminar today:

   'Spin effects in hard exclusive electroproduction of mesons'
    Wednesday 09-Sep, 11:00, L104/105

In this seminar he will report on his work on hard exclusive
production of vector and pseudoscalar mesons with Goloskokov,
and in particular address the question how the quark and gluon
angular momentum (Ji sum rule) can be constrained through the
transverse target spin asymmetry in exclusive vector meson production.

This seminar will be IN ADDITION to his planned presentation at the
joint N*/GPD meeting on Friday (see announcement yesterday),
where he will summarize the overall status of the partonic description
of meson production.
