Dear All,

A quick summary of our discussion for those not there.  We realized that the next meeting with Feng et al will be one where we will have to commit, or walk away.  Therefore, it is important that we have an agreed set of broad bullets that we all believe are necessary for a productive and successful collaboration.  We clearly cannot do that by our scheduled meeting tomorrow at 11am, but will commit to sending them our thoughts by noon Monday, and will be available to meet any time after that.  We realize this poses dangers - they might simply walk away - but will ensure that, hopefully, there is a collaboration in which we can all participate.
