[Gpdtc] Draft merger agreement

Dear All,

We have just had a long discussion to reach a consensus on the bullet points to present to Feng, Ismail, Phiala and Xiangdong in advance of a meeting we have arranged with them for 4pm on Monday.  We are currently refining the document, and expect to have that completed by 930am tomorrow morning.  Please take a look at that document, though please add comments below rather than altering the bullets as written.

We aim to reach an agreement on this document tomorrow afternoon, and then present it as our collective bullet points to the other team to implement the merger.
