Dear all,

Thank you so much to our Coordinating Committee Members for putting this together. I think it contains the essence of our discussions.

I would say that this is more than our "preconditions". DOE will want to see in the LOI some of that language. We must demonstrate that we have clear thoughts how to manage this big collaboration. Otherwise it is not obvious they would encourage us to go forward...

One consideration which may be important in the merger meeting tomorrow: the other group may suggest to have full and affiliated members, similarly to the TMD Collaboration. One may anticipate a delay in negotiations if our group has no opinion on that.

Hi David,

 I would like to thank the committee for putting together this comprehensive and thoughtful constitution. I just read it and found only one minor typo which I corrected on overleaf. I am particularly pleased to see that the constitution makes it explicit that a code of conduct and a code of scientific integrity needs to be adopted.

I agree with the document as is. You have my vote. I will not be able to make the 2pm meeting due to a prior engagement.
