[Gptuser] Request for Custom Elements and Programs

Hello everyone,

There is a new version of GPT coming out (3.38), and before we make official installations on jlabl5, the cluster, etc., I would like to gather together general purpose custom elements and programs that you may have.  I want to package them into zip files (one for the elements and another for programs) that can be easily installed across linux and Windows platforms.

Here are the custom elements that I already have:
