[Gradient_task_force] Cavity maintenance opportunities

I looked at the 1L10 trips from the first of the year. Cavity 2 has
about 5 or 6 electronic quenches which is probably arcing on the cavity
side of the cold window. Other than that there were mostly microphonics
based trips. Probably related to tuners moving. On a few trips were
because a motor was oscillating.
None were quenches that looked like multipacting.
