[Gradient_task_force] gradient team slides

Here is a screen showing CRFP and CRRP going nuts which is an indicator
that either I or Q is hitting the limits because it does not have enough
attenuation.
Also the forward power on a number of these channels is non causal (e.g.
more than 8 kW) which probably means that it has an attenuator in but
that the calibration values were not correctly updated.
