[Hadstruct] Collaboration Meetings...

Dear All,

Thank you all for completing the doodle poll.   It sounds as though having a Wednesday meeting at 9am (or dare I say 830am?) every fortnight, and then a Friday meeting the intermediate weeks would work.  So the biweekly Wednesday meeting would be the “all-hands-meeting” with an emphasis on “physics” issues, whilst the Friday meeting would be technical and computational orientated.  Incidentally, Robert emailed me to say his had spec meetings are indeed likewise biweekly, so we could basically interleaf our Wednesday meeting with had spec….  Does this sound like a plan?
