[Hadstruct] Minutes: meeting today

Dear All,

Many of us had schedule conflict today during the group meeting time. Here are minutes from the the meeting today that you have asked for.

1. Frontera proposal due on Jan 14 (CEC, DGR).  Please send out papers to Carl/David that have used Frontera resources and mention in the acknowledgement.
2. Usage of USQCD allocation on JLab KNL cluster. e.g. strange quark perambulators (ER, DGR, KO)
3. Comparison between O(a^4) improved gluon operators and simple one to investigate for appropriate normalization factor in the gluonic operators used for the gluon ITD matrix elements (TK)
4. Year ending meeting on Wednesday, December 23 at 9.30 am (renormalization of quasi-PDF  - JK)
