[Hadstruct] Update....

Hi David,

Thank you for sending us the USQCD proposal.

Attached please find a version that includes corrections to some typos and some edits for your consideration. We have separately used pseudo-PDFs, pseudodistributions, pseudo distribution, and reduced Ioffe-time pseudo distribution at different places in the draft. Can we stick to one convention, something like "reduced Ioffe-time distribution" and use reduced-ITD throughout the draft? I personally do not favor "pseudo-PDFs" because the PDFs obtained is from reduced ITD.
