[Hadstruct] Change in time for Group meeting tomorrow

Hi Anatoly,

Basically, the INCITE deadline, which in the past has supplied a fair bit of our computer time, is due mid-June.  In the past, this has been written by the USQCD Executive Committee as a “community” or “umbrella” proposal, but there seems to be moves away from that.  I should add that as far as the DOE is concerned, “community”=good, “umbrella”=bad, but the distinction is a little subtle - I think…

We propose  group meeting tomorrow to move early at 11.30 am.

David would like to bring up some discussions related to the INCITE proposal raised at the AHM. Around 12.15 pm when Joe and other people are can join, we can start discussing updates from other projects.
