[Hadstruct] Lattice presentation...

Hi All,

I think we decided it was preferable, and certainly discussed, that for the presentations it would be best to say “XXX, for the Hadstruc Collaboration”. Of course, for non-collaboration work then things are different, and perhaps for small-group work.    Given that most early-career people are giving talks, that would seem a way of showcasing their contributions in any case, and of course it doesn’t preclude changing things for the subsequent paper.   I’m sure this is in the minutes somewhere, but I’m now realizing that organizing them as they are makes searching a somewhat hopeless task, certainly with USQCD tomorrow!  

Does anyone have a better memory than me?
