PDF using distillation

CE presented the analysis fits to the ITD that he and CE and CK had performed, and in particular a fit to a polynomial in \nu, in the manner of a moment expansion. One issue AR raised was whether one should fit the denominator to a polynomial to satisfy the correct behavior at large \nu; the expected behavior at large \nu was known. One issue was the discrepancy between ITD at large \nu using the plateau and summation methods. The various parametrization of the PDFs were shown, though the fits, and in particular the correlated fits, were subject to large \chi^2/dof. NK and PB noted that the small-z value is probably contributing to the large \Chi^2, through the combination of precise data and potential discretization errors.

ALCC Proposal

KO gave an update on the ALCC proposal, due Feb 26. With ER improvements, then GPDs on all the lattices are attainable.

We would aim to open discussion with JAM in a meeting next week regarding global fitting/impact of lattice data.

USQCD proposal is due March 8th; DR would start working on that.
