Hi Colin et al.,
How about we use my BJ link below. I’ll fill people in on the GHP meeting as well - I emailed the convener of the hadron structure session to say we will have wonderful things to talk about!

Hi David & All,
I would be happy to submit an abstract on the nucleon ITDs from distillation for either (or both) DNP and GHP. Though perhaps by then I could show something for GPDs as well..
I second a brief meeting today to coordinate.
Best,
Colin

Hi Joe,
I was tied up yesterday with various things, so forgot about this. In a further context, I mentioned the GHP meeting - the planning for the parallel sessions hasn’t really begun in earnest and the deadline of next week is for contributed talks, but there will be several invited parallel ones. If we want a brief call about this, can I suggest 130pm? I know most of us are free then.

Hey everyone,
Even if we don't discuss physics, I think it might be prudent to have a meeting Friday morning, or maybe even tomorrow depending on the hour of the deadline, to figure out who wants to present what at which meeting.
Emails probably could be sufficient, but a 15 minute call would be more efficient.
As for me, I can talk about any of our usual topics that others are not covering. Nucleon pseudo-ITDs would be natural, but we may want to reserve that for Colin's beautiful distillation results.
Best,
Joe

Hi everybody,
I would like to present the unpolarized gluon pdf calculation in the APS DNP meeting. I am writing the abstract for submission.
Thanks,

Hi David and hadstruc-ers,
Yes, this is the DNP part of the APS April meeting, which spans nuclear, particle and astrophysics. The title is "Quarks to Cosmos". There are both nuclear and hadronic physics categories. I expect the talks are the usual 12 minute ones, yes.

Hi Chris,
This is the DNP session as the APS meeting, is that right? Contributed talks are probably the 12 minute ones -

Hi again everyone,
Thanks to Savvas for pointing out that I meant Friday, 8 *January* (that is, two days from now). Apparently the year is now 2021, too 🙂

Hi all,
Is anyone submitting an abstract for the APS DNP meeting? Did we already do this last year, and I forgot? The deadline is this Friday, 8 December.

Chris
