[Hadstruct] Quark Helicity

Hi All,

Just a reminder that I've redone the analysis for the quark helicity and updated the text accordingly. I recall the consensus at Wednesday's meeting was to wait to post again on the arXiv until the front part of this coming week. I still intend to do this, but I have yet to see or receive any feedback on the changed language. I am aware of some of the time constraints from this past week, so if you feel you need more time, please let me know. Otherwise, I'll go ahead as planned. It would be nice to resubmit to JHEP by the end of the week.
