[Hadstruct] about agenda of group meeting

Dear All,

To find out the weekly group meeting agenda so far, I usually contact the collaborator members in separate emails/text message and sometimes David does that to include the topic of discussions in the group meeting announcement. In doing that, we have to have several email exchanges before I can send out the meeting announcement and sometimes I miss asking everyone.

Therefore, it would be of great help if you please send me the subject of the project updates or disucussion on computation resources that you would like to present in the group meeting. It will be very much appreciated if you please email me your intended discussion topics every week by Monday night so that I can include them in the agenda of the meeting.
