[Hadstruct] Quark Helicity

Hi All,

I have finished making the appropriate changes to the quark helicity draft to reflect our discussions in the past couple of weeks. Many thanks to Joe for the help!
I would like to post this draft no later than the end of this coming week. With that in mind, I would appreciate any last comments/suggestions to be made by the end of the day on Tuesday (11/8). I trust this timeline is amenable, as those who made comments on the earlier version made it quite far through the draft.
