I would be grateful for any comments/suggestions you may have prior to posting this manuscript on the arXiv. I wager PRD or JHEP would be a suitable home for this work if accepted.

I would appreciate any comments to be provided before the outset of next week, or a direct message to me if you should need more time. I can then incorporate those suggested changes early next week, and have it on the arXiv late next week.
