Dear Colleagues,
This is a friendly of the reminder that the registration deadline for student in-person speakers is Nov. 4.
Besides, for on-US citizens, the last day for on-site access registration will be Nov. 4. After that, we cannot guarantee approval of the necessary paper work in time. Please check the indico webpage for details about on-site access.
Thanks,
Yong

Dear Colleagues,
The 2022 Meeting on Lattice Parton Physics from Large-Momentum Effective Theory (LaMET 2022) will be hosted by Argonne National Laboratory in Chicago, United States during December 1-3, 2022. The goal of this workshop is to bring together physicists interested in LaMET and other theoretical approaches with their applications in the lattice QCD calculation of parton physics.
The workshop is planned to be held as an in-person event, but remote participation via Zoom will also be possible. A Slack working space will be opened for participants to interact with each other. All non-US citizens must obtain on-site entry access from Argonne in order to join the workshop in person. For more information please see the webpage: https://indico.phy.anl.gov/event/23/<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__indico.phy.anl.gov_event_23_&d=DwMGaQ&c=CJqEzB1piLOyyvZjb8YUQw&r=VqTuHdztI1WEJtaX9L67lw&m=pTYWC0SSmKEi38q8k7ZMp2g6xhmlGz9zeJsQ7_VAsB2vLkRG1k7FWw_j6GKF0HFM&s=nBRz85j5NhNOVkJtNjlBomzcrSfcaI18r11q6UQiJGk&e=>.
The registration fee is $100 for in-person participants. Students and virtual participants are exempt from the registration fee. We can provide local support to in-person student speakers.
Important deadlines:
Abstract submission: 12:00 AM EST, Nov. 14, 2022.
Registration: 12:00 AM EST, Nov. 21, 2022.
