[Hadstruct] Helicity Referee Reply

Hi All,

Joe and I have finalized our responses to the referee's points concerning our quark helicity PDF manuscript. As the report and (minorly) adjusted draft are due to JHEP on Sunday, I will be resubmitting this material tomorrow late afternoon. @Anatoly, could you elaborate a little more at the end of our response to the referee's first point?
I will run a quick numerical check to add some quantitative figures to help with that.
