[Hadstruct] Computer usage...

Dear All,

Please find a tentative spreadsheet on allocations and usage at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1gq0mamOhD0m4F0hEkBhnOG4NbRZeUIz9NKeT57dm0F0/edit?usp=sharing - so I don’t know the European allocations so if anyone has any additional information, please add it.   I do note we are not using the JLab GPU time (I’m the PI) so from my point of view that is quite important.
