Hi Joe et al,
let me write here some thoughts in order to initiate a discussion...
The article looks interesting but I am not sure if there is a huge gain for
the pseudo-PDFs.
-We don’t care about long and noisy wilson lines because for us large
separations lead to HTE.
-Also we do care to preserve apart from gauge invariance, Lorentz
invariance and to break our initial matrix element to LI matrix elements.
So is there any real gain when one sacrifices LI due to the off-diagonal
momenta???
-One could argue that choosing more ``democratical” momenta one would
suffer from less discretization errors…
-Also I am not sure why one would gain something with respect to the StN
ratio…The latter cares only about the total energy…
-I might admit that it might be helpful for TMDs though because the stapled
link is a pain.
What do you guys think? We can even try it ourselves...
Best,
Savvas
