[Hadstruct] D'Agostini Bias

Some of our friends have used this concept in a not unrelated scenario. See App 6 https://arxiv.org/pdf/2107.10368

Our data comes from a ratio of M(z,pf,pi) /M(z,0,0) like the GFFs have some ratio with renormalization constants. This can lead to this D'Agostini bias.
